We are embarking on a journey that is moving us to Japan! Welcome to our blog, we hope that this will be able to keep you updated on all we are doing and how God is working in Nagoya.
Jared and I met at Ozark Christian College and were married May 24th, 2008. After 5 months of marriage we went and visited some friends of ours, who were working with Mustard Seed Global Fellowship in Japan. After visiting and talking with the leaders we were asked if we would like to join Mustard Seed Global Fellowship Japan. Much thought and prayer was put into making this decision considering we were at a church and working with a youth ministry we loved. But, God had a plan for us. He created Jared and I both with a passion to reach those who had never heard the name of Christ. A passion for large cities where the gospel could spread rapidly, and a passion for church planting where there were no churches before. God’s desire is that He would be worshipped in all nations and from all peoples. Our desire is that God would take a few small people (our team) and grow His kingdom in a place that has never heard the gospel before. Hence the name Mustard Seed. Thank you for taking the time to keep up to date on our lives and ministry. We appreciate your prayers very much because we know that it is God who will be working in Nagoya and we are simply His servants. Thank you!
